Rich Crouthers of Lake County , Illinois worked and raced out of Lake-County Cycles, Ltd. in Zion, Illinois during the 70's and early 80's along with his younger brother Bobbie Crouthers and friend Gary Hammock. The three made up the motocross team at the dealer traveling to all of the district ( Wisconsin ) points races with Bobbie winning the 100 C.C. class the first year out and brother Rich earning the #2 plate in the 250 class and the #4 plate in the 125 class. Gary Hammock held up the honors in the open class taking a few wins along the way.

Fast forwarding to today Rich is teamed up with the Desperado / Mad Dog Racing Team and piloting a Top-Fuel Harley-Davidson Nitro powered drag bike across the country. 1000 Horsepower and 200 miles per hour. And racing the senior class with all his old buddies on his YZ450F.
